{Returns and amendments to design}
As our items are all  hand crafted and custom made/personalised, all purchases are final. Please double check all personalisation details (i.e. spelling of names, dates etc) when submitting your order. Exceptions will only be made if there is a mistake on our part with the spelling and we will remake your item.

We will make your item by following your specified themes/colours as best as we can. Amendments to the design are only allowed for bulk orders of more than 15 pieces.We will send you a mock up of the item for you comments.

{Production}
Please allow 7-10 days from date of order for each item to be completed and at least 1 month for bulk orders. We will inform you if we are able to complete the orders earlier.

{Collection/Shipping}
All items can be arranged to be picked up at Bugis Junction/Orchard MRT during lunch or after working hours.

If you wish to have the item mailed to you, shipping cost will be born by you. For your information, to protect the items from being creased or damaged, we use bubble envelopes.
