{A little autumn dreamin'} + {Back to london scrapbooking}

Last week while recuperating from Lasik surgery, I got to thinking/dreaming/planning. This is where I wanna be next autumn - Central Park in NYC! The 5 days I had in Spring 2007 was just not enough, I'm going back for more! How can anyone not love the rich, vibrant colors of the falling autumn leaves, the cool crisp air...I can feel it already =)

Oh yup, we have resumed work on the London/Harry Potter scrapbook project. The customer requested for us to focus on the animals....so we did! =)

What greeted me this morning + offically 'halloween-ed'

Early today, out of nowhere, there were flowers on my basil plant, a pleasant surprise for my Sunday morning =)

Yup, we're officially 'halloween-ed', but happy to announce that we're almost there, very close to completing our 200 bookmarks!!

An overdose of orange and black.......

This was exactly what hit me over the long weekend, an overdose of orange and black. There were sharp pains in my lower back, paper cuts on fingers, the nail on my left index finger was 'severed'..... I was disoriented....no kidding! But after hours and hours of measuring, cutting, pasting, I finally completed the first (out of four) batches of bookmarks. Special thanks to my 'assistant' who helped with the glittering =)

Amidst the 'bookmark frenzy', I tried out another recipe from  The Complete Magnolia Bakery Cookbook, this time, chocolate chip banana walnut breakfast loaf. It was delicious, and I love how rustic it turned out to look =).

BoOoOooo! {An early Halloween}

Halloween came early for us this year. We are commencing on the biggest order we have gotten so far - 200 bookmarks as door-gifts for a Halloween party! Looks like our nights from now on will be filled with evil pumpkins, ghouls and all that's creepy....YIKES
